You Training Structure

Your training has been broken down into 3 stages and should take no longer than 5 days to complete.

Stage 1

you will need to complete this online induction course and pass the test at the end you will need a score of 60 points or higher to pass.

Stage 2

One of cartellos in house trainers will arrange with you for your next training which consists of

First aid at work
Anaphilaxis
AED & CPR
Manual/Patient handling
Ambulance equipment training
Level 3 Safeguarding

This takes 2 - 3 days dependaant on amount of people and learning capabilities.

Stage 3

We require 2 references from previous employment or working professionals such as teachers, policemen etc. These and a clean DBS are required beofre you can start work. Once these have been received you will need to complete 12 hours on the job training with either an experianced crew or a senior crew member. These shifts are paid but the money is withheld for 12 months or untill you leave. If you leave before 12 months the amount returned is dependant on 2 things

Hours you have invoiced, if you have not invoiced any hours for the business and only completed your shadow shifts this money will not be paid
Any company property not returned i.e. uniform or investments made in your self by Cartello will be deducted from this pay.
