Patient Questionnaires
As any company does, we like to acquire feedback on how we are performing for our patients. The patient questionnaire is not only a requirement of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) but is also a good way to break the ice and start a conversation with your patient
We look for at least 1 questionnaire to be completed each shift where possible.
Below is how to complete the patient questionnaire on the Cartello APP.
At the end of each month the information from these questionnaires is analysed and action is taken to improve our service.
