Cartello ambulance was established in 2016 as a family run business bringing a can do attitude to the non-emergency ambulance sector this was the inspiration for the company motto "care without compromise!"
Never saying no to customers and having a can do attitude rather than creating or shying away from problems we quickly became the go to non-emergency patient transport (NEPTS) provider for various trusts in the area.
Negative attitudes are one among many reasons that companies loose customers!
If you contacted a company that specialised in a certain area i.e. tyre fitment, and that company refused to do your tyres because you had a specific make of car would you go back?
