Communication between you and which ever control you are dealing with is key to helping them allocate journeys and ensure we are being as efficient as possible enabling us to keep more patients happy and more deadlines met. you should call control if:
- You have been delayed and will be late for your shift or first patient collection
- When you are clear from dropping a patient, you should call control immediately
- If you are on a shift and have not been passed work for 30 minutes
