Driving Awareness
This part of the training is not only for drivers but for non drivers as well.
Cartello vehicles are damaged ALOT! not only is this a big expense to the company but to you as well as the bill may be passed back to you for up to the amount of the insurance excess £300.00
Most of cartello shifts are 2 man crews this gives every vehicle a watch man fro when the driver has to reverse, if you driver is reversing always assist and get out the vehicle to watch them back giving clear precise instructions.

You driving assesment will be done either during you face to face training or during your shadow shifts with a senior crew member
